At Warmies, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
